What is Challenge #99 all about?

  It's about art! 

Mainly for us either creating it or copying it!

they would have been taller if the British navy hadn't used them for target practice back in the day!

You can copy either the plan, the layout, the technique,  the colours,

 the elements used or some or all of them.......

WITHOUT using stamps of any kind  of course. 

(Especially Digi Stamps!)

Last month there were several stamps used and those cards, 

while beautiful were just ruled out

of the challenge.
